Why cannot the tablet be charged/Stop charging?
Please charge it with another compatible charger for 1 hour to fully activate the battery. You can also charge it with a different USB cable.
Please also check if the charge icon appears while charging.
Please check if the charging port is broken, and send us the photos if it does.
If your tablet has a reset hole, you could also press the small reset hole with a small pin or toothpick to do a hard reset.
What should I do if the tablet charging port is loose?
May I get some pictures or videos showing the charging port details?
May I know if you are using the original charging cable?
Please also try different USB cables.
Why does the battery drain so fast?
To help you better, may I know how long the battery could last under normal use? And what apps you are using daily?
Please try to lower the brightness, download, and use the security management software to forbid some unnecessary self-starting projects.
You can also reboot the tablet and even try to restore the system to factory settings if necessary.
What can I do for the battery life is too short?
Turn off radio communications that you don't use, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or GPS.
Lower screen brightness and set a shorter screen timeout.
Turn off automatic syncing for Gmail TM, Calendar, Contacts, and other applications.
Turn off the device when you don't use it for a long time. Sleep mode will consume power, too.

Very disappointed with tablet - I bought it zoct.26, 2020 and itis no longer working. I have tried 3 different cables, i case that was the problem but it is dead.NO CHARGING. period.
I will never recommend this brand/tablet to anyone looking to purchase.
