If you encounter this issue,please check these suggestions,hope it could help you.
1. Please make sure the version of the photo frame is the latest version 3.3.1
Please click Frame Settings>About>Version (check for updates).
2. Please remove the Google account binding in the eCalendar APP.
Please click eCalendar APP>Click Account>Select “Synchronize”>Calendar name with “Email Account” appears>Swipe from right to left and click “Remove” button.

3. Re-synchronize with Google Calendar
Please click eCalendar APP>Click Account>Select “Sync”>Click “Sync New Calendar”>Select “Google”>One-way or Two-way Sync>Authorize Account. And wait for the synchronization to be successful.

4. Please wait for a few minutes. The frame will automatically synchronize all the calendars.
5. If the problem still exists, please share the following information for us to check, as shown below:
- The version number of the calendar frame device
- The page of synchronization function in eCalendar APP.
- Google email account
