If you encounter this issue,please check these suggestions,hope it could help you.
1. Please make sure the version of the photo frame is the latest version 3.3.1
Please click Frame Settings>About>Version (check for updates).
2.Please remove the iCloud account binding in the eCalendar APP.
Please click eCalendar APP>Tap Account>Select “Synchronize”>The calendar name with “Web Link” appears>Swipe from right to left and tap “Remove”. button

3. Re-synchronize with iCloud Calendar
Please click eCalendar APP>Click Account>Select “Sync”>Click “iCloud” to sync.

4. Please wait for a few minutes. The frame will automatically synchronize all the calendars.
5.Please confirm whether you synchronize the event via email or by directly copying the link to the URL.
Because we have two ways to sync the calendar,including the URL and email.
And please note that the email needs to add the "Subject".

6. If the problem still exists, please share the information below for us to check, as shown in the picture.
- Calendar email account (You could click Settings>General>find the Calendar email)
- iCloud sync link (link to the event),such as this picture.
- Sync event (contains the sync event shown on the calendar frame device and iCloud calendar)
- About interface of frame
- Page within the synchronization feature within the eCalendar APP
