How do camera store videos?

Does the camera support all day recording?
- Yes it does. You may select all day recording in the recording management.
How to modify the recording duration?
- The default time is 15 seconds and cannot be changed. During recording, if the detected object is still in the detection range, the recording will continue.
What to do when the available capacity of a Micro SD card is insufficient?
- The storage method for video files is loop recording. When the available capacity of the Micro SD card is only 500MB, it will automatically overwrite recordings with earlier dates.
How to obtain videos?
- When playing a video, use "Video" to save it to the album.
- Use "Download" to select the timeline and save it to the album for up to 5 minutes at a time.
- Use a card reader to obtain MP4 format videos on the computer.
Why does the local playback prompt that there is no SD card after installing Micro SD card?
- Please format the SD card on the "Video Management" page. If the capacity information is displayed on this page, the SD card has been recognized.
Why doesn't the Micro SD card save any videos?
- Please confirm that the micro SD card has been recognized.
- Please confirm that there is an alarm record on that day.
- Please confirm if the timestamp on the camera matches the date you selected.
Why does the local playback prompt that there were no recorded files on that day?
- If prompted that there are no video files on that day, you can click on "Calendar" to select another date. Dark dates in the "Calendar" represent the existence of video files.
Why does the "Message" page only display alarm screenshots?
- It may be a compatibility issue with the Micro SD card. Please replace it with a Micro SD card and try again.
Why is the recording time on the "Message" page only 6 seconds?
To obtain alarm recordings, please install a Micro SD card or activate cloud storage services.
- Micro SD card: automatically saves alarm recording after successful installation, with a default recording time of 15 seconds. Click on the "Message" page ▶ Click on "Local Playback" on the key or "Preview" page to view the alarm recording saved on the Micro SD card.
- Cloud storage: After activation, upload alarm recordings to the cloud. The free version provides 6-second recordings, while the subscription version provides up to 30-second recordings. Click on the alarm screenshot on the "Message" page or click on "Cloud Playback" on the "Preview" page to view the alarm recording saved in the cloud.
Why is the recording timeline discontinuous/with gaps in between?
- The blank timeline of the recording indicates that there is no alarm recording at that time point. Record only when an alarm is triggered.
How to delete local playback recordings?
- Visit the local playback page, select the date through "Calendar", "Delete", and all recordings of the day will be cleared.
Can't find cloud playback video after opening "cloud storage"?
- If there is no cloud playback recording on that day, please confirm if there are any alarm records on the selected date.
- Poor network signals may cause video upload to the cloud to fail. Please check the current network signal value.
How to save cloud playback videos locally?
- By accessing cloud playback through historical messages, individual recordings can be downloaded to album.
How to delete cloud playback recordings?
- Visit the cloud playback page, left pull the recorded event, and you can delete the current recording.
