SD Card Recognition Issue
- After inserting an SD card, check if the capacity of the SD card will be in "Setting -- SD card". If it prompts "No SD card", it means recognition has failed.
Use an SD Card from a Reliable Carrier
- SD cards can be recognized by computers.
- Only supports FAT32 format.
- It is recommended that the SD card capacity be between 2-128GB.
- It is recommended to use high-speed SD cards of Class 10 or higher.
- Attempt to plug and unplug the SD card.
- Suggest trying a different SD card.
- It may take some time for the camera to recognize the SD card. After inserting the card, wait for about 30 seconds before observing.
How to watch videos?
- On the preview video page of the camera app, select "Memory Card" or "Cloud Storage", then choose "Calendar" and "Alarm Point", select the date and record time point/drag the timeline. You can play the video recording.
- Click the play button on the left side of the alarm image to jump to the corresponding recorded video.
How to download videos to your local phone/computer?
- On the recorded video page, click "Record" to start recording, click it again to end the recording. The video file will be automatically saved to the local album on the phone.
- Click the arrow of the video clip to download the current video clip.
Does the camera support a direct connection to a PC computer?
- No, it doesn't.
Does the camera support 24/7 recording?
- No, it doesn't.
The camera is powered by a battery and cannot work 24/7 by default. It only starts recording when the camera detects a moving object. If there is an external power supply, you can select full-time mode in "Settings -- Power Management"
Why do night vision images have white spots?
- The night vision function of the camera is achieved through the principle of infrared radiation, which has a focusing effect. Within the two meter spatial range of the camera image, there should be no obstructions or walls, otherwise infrared radiation will gather here, causing overexposure.
Why is the night vision screen pitch black?
- The camera may not have enabled night vision function. It is recommended to set it in the app:

- Then use software control to forcibly switch night vision function.
What should I do if there are black spots in the image?
- Wipe the lens of the camera to clean dust or stains.
- If there are still black spots, which may indicate dust on the sensor inside the camera. If the area of the black dot affects the experience of the camera, it is recommended to contact the customer service.
