Replacements
DragonTouch will replace your product or part if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the *DragonTouch Warranty below.
1. BEFORE sending anything to DragonTouch, please contact our Customer Service Team by clicking here.
2. If our Customer Service Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. Prepare a package to return to DragonTouch.
4. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the appropriate address.
*DragonTouch Warranty: You are eligible to exchange a product if one of the following things is true:
1. The product is damaged during shipping and you have proof of the damage from the carrier or transporter;
2. The product significantly doesn't match its description in one or many aspects.
3. The product is defective and the defects are not caused by misuse, improper handling, or force majeure.
Costs for Replacements
1. Within 30 calendar days of the date you receive the product: Free replacement with free shipping.
2. The customer shall pay the shipment of the returning if the purchasing date is over 30 days or due to personal damage.
3. There may be an extra charge to get the replacement according to different cases.

Its B.S. to have to pay for returning defective products even after thirtydays. The damn thing should last the way its advertised. I may not get a replacement or money back, but you will damn sure get terrible reviews and ratings every chance I get.
