Once you’ve filled in all the required information, your 2-year warranty will be activated automatically.
My Order ID Isn’t Recognized — What Should I Do?
Here are a few things to check:
Make sure your order was placed from the official DragonTouch Amazon store. Orders from other sellers can’t be recognized.
When entering your Order ID, do not include the “#” symbol — only enter the 17-digit number that follows it, including the dash (“-”).
Double-check that there are no extra spaces before or after the number.
How to Register a Gift Order (No Order ID)
If your product was a gift, you can:
Ask the gift buyer to share the Amazon order ID.

Since your order was placed through a third-party platform/received as a gift, we’re unable to process warranty extensions for such purchases at this time.

✅ Assist with accessory inquiries
For warranty claims:
Please contact your place of purchase directly, as they manage warranties for orders fulfilled through their platform.
How to Register a Replacement Product
You don’t need to register your replacement device separately — it will inherit the warranty period from your original order.
How to Register Multiple Orders
If you purchased multiple items under the same order number, you only need to register once.
All products from that order will be covered under the same warranty.
