How to register my warranty?

The warranty will be activated automatically for 2 years once all information is requested on the page.

Why the order ID I entered is not recognized?

• Make sure the order is from our Amazon store, otherwise it won't be recognized by the page. 
• Do not enter the “#”, only copy the 17-digit number behind ”#” including the "-".
• Please confirm whether the order number is filled in correctly and make sure that there is no space before and after the numbers.

How to register the warranty for my gift order without the order ID?

• Please get the order ID from the gift buyer.

How to register the warranty for my replacement?

There is no need for you to register your replacement, as its warranty will continue the original order.

How to register the warranty for my several orders?

We'd like to tell you that there is no need for you to register separately, all devices will be covered under the warranty if they are under the same order number.
