1. On the eCalendar APP, click "Members">you can choose to purchase "Yearly or Monthly" members.
2. If you want to refund the subscription, please follow these steps.
Please note that since you purchased your eCalendar app membership through the App Store, we, as the brand, cannot cancel or refund the membership fee, as this fee is not collected by us.
Since all payments are securely processed directly by Apple or Google, the refund must be initiated through their respective platforms.
For Apple App Store Users
- Sign in with the Apple Account you used to purchase the subscription.
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
- Select the reason why you want a refund.
- Choose the specific App/subscription/membership order from the list, then submit.
- After submitting, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to receive an update. Once approved, the time it takes for the money to return depends on your payment method.
Note from Apple: If the charge is still "Pending," you must wait until you receive an official email receipt from Apple before you can apply. If you cannot find the order, please check if you used a different Apple account or a Family Sharing payment method.
For Google Play Store Users
- Open the Google Play Refund Request Portal.
- Sign in with the Google Account used for the purchase.
- Select the relevant order and submit your reason for the refund.
- If it has been less than 48 hours since your purchase, you can typically apply directly through Google Play for a quick review.
- If it has been more than 48 hours, Google recommends contacting the App developer to handle the request according to their refund policy and applicable laws.
