You can go to the user management page to check if the app account has been bound successfully. Have a check for the APP traffic is enough or not/Check if the internal storage of the frame is full or not. Also check for the image file type--jpeg,jpg. There may be a network delay-- Re-connect the 2.4G WiFi/Restart the frame.
If the problem still persists, please delete the user account on the user management page, then bind again to have a try.
How to solve the issue for photos sent via the App are blurry?
You could select the "Original/full image" when uploading photos via the APP. And The image quality may be compressed if the original photos with high resolution since the frame resolution is limited.
If you forgot the Ourphoto APP password, how to do it?
Click the "forgot the password"--enter the email address to receive the verity code--enter the verity code--reset the password. If failed to reset the password, pls bind a new email account on the APP.
How about rename photos/photo caption doesn't work?
It's not supported to add the caption for the photos directly, but you can check the caption on the "picture details" page.
