To share an image from a third party platform to a frame: please refer to the following methods.
We are sorry that our frame cannot accept photos and videos from other apps (such as Google Photos, iCloud Photos, Amazon Photos, etc.) to be shared directly to the frame.
However, you can upload photos from third-party apps through our APP, email, SD card, USB cable or USB flash drive.
Guide to sharing photos/videos:
Step 1: Open the third-party app
Find and select your photos
Step 2: Download photos/videos
You can save photos and videos from other apps to your phone's storage, computer, SD card, USB cable or USB flash drive.
Step 3: Send photos
1. APP upload: Please click Ourphoto APP or Vphoto APP, the pictures on the phone gallery will appear, select the corresponding pictures and click Send. For details, please refer to the video below.
Please note that you need to allow the APP to access the Album of your phone.

2. Email: Please successfully bind your email to the frame, and then you can refer to the video below to upload.
