What to do with can't search or connect to the WiFi?

We'd like to tell you that the product only 2.4G WiFi is supported, make sure the password is entered correctly.

You could have a try for the below instruction:

1Move the frame closer to the router; restart the frame.

2Press the power button for 10s to reset the frame.

3Reset the router: If the issue persists, pls send us a video; Try to connect the 2.4G mobile hotspot.

How about the WiFi shows"Disabled"?

You could make sure the WiFi password is entered correctly. If you forgot the WiFi, you could re-enter the password to connect it.

We'd like to tell you the public network may not support, private network is recommended.

You also could reset the router, then set a simple network. If the issue persists, pls send us a video; Try to connect the 2.4G mobile hotspot.
