    Nothing worked -- i tried over and over to reset to factory status, it does not give me the a reset status.  This is a bad tablet -- i have done it in the past.  If I could talk with someone we might get somewhere.   Kathleen kellinger  724-462-7787  -- a person who speaks clear English.
