Why my tablet is not turning on?
- Try to turn on the tablet after charging for at least half an hour, and please check if there is a charging icon when it's charged;
- Try another different USB cable or DC 5V 2A adapter;
- Pls connect to a PC or a laptop via Micro USB cable to check if it can be recognized;
- If there is a reset hole with the tablet, pls do a force restart with a paperclip to reset it, then reboot the tablet.
Why does my tablet turn off automatically?
- Please turn it on after connecting to the adapter and charging for 30 minutes then try to turn it on again.
- Please try to reset the factory setting.
