Why my tablet is not turning on?

Try to turn on the tablet after charging for at least half an hour, and please check if there is a charging icon when it's charged;
Try another different USB cable or DC 5V 2A adapter;
Pls connect to a PC or a laptop via Micro USB cable to check if it can be recognized;
If there is a reset hole with the tablet, pls do a force restart with a paperclip to reset it, then reboot the tablet.

Why does my tablet turn off automatically?

Please turn it on after connecting to the adapter and charging for 30 minutes then try to turn it on again.
Please try to reset the factory setting.

I bought this tablet because my research showed that I could use a USB-C to 4K HDMI Adapter AV Cable TV Video Hub TYPE-C Charger Port Projector Converter - ONZX1 to get HDMI out put. Device Name: Dragon Touch Notepad 102. Device Code: 4228. I can't make it work. Can you help me? Is there an app i can down load to allow me to use the USB-C outpu on the tablet to hook up HDMI to my moniter?
