Why does the operating system work so slowly?

• We recommend you to clean the cache regularly or download some cleaning software.
• Please check if the system gets slow after installing certain software, please have a try again after deleting it.
• For this issue, we suggest you to restore factory settings.

Why the app would exit automatically and respond slowly?

• Make sure you don't run many or large-sized apps at one time.
• You could clean the caches in your tablet regularly in case the RAM gets overburdened. Go to Setting-Apps, and click the app to clear cache or data.
• You could also do a reset: please go to "settings"--scroll down the menu--press "Backup & reset"--"Factory data reset"--"reset tablet"--"erase everything". The reset process will take a couple of minutes, then the tablet will turn on by itself.
• Also, you could install the app "Ccleaner" which can help your tablet stay clean to run smoothly.

Why the app from Google Play is not working/apps cannot be downloaded or opened?

• Account information is not recognized: Please re-login your account and try again.
• Caused by download manager: clear the application data of the download manager and Google play, then reboot the tablet.
• Caused by downloaded apps: Please check the menu and see if there is only one app downloading, the tablet only supports to download apps one by one.
• Restore factory settings: if it is still not working at all, please restore the tablet.
