Why the tablet cannot connect to the WiFi?

• Please check if the wifi password is correct, we suggest you choose to show the password while typing for convenient checking.
• Please check your router and settings and also try to connect Wi-Fi with other devices.
• Could you please check if it is the same issue when you connect with another wifi network (such as a mobile hotspot)?
• Please try to restore to factory settings.

Why would the Wifi be disconnected after connecting?

• You could check whether there's something wrong with the router and try to reboot or restore the factory settings and then connect with other devices to have a try.
• Please check the signal strength and if it's too far away from the hotspots.
• Please check if the router signal has been changed.
• We suggest you restore the factory settings.
• Please check if the wifi module has a problem or the wifi antenna falls.

Why the MAC address of Wifi hotspot changes every time?

Please kindly understand there is no fixed MAC address, it will change according to the connected wifi hotspot.
The changing MAC address is good for the tablet information protecting and with safer connecting with different devices.

Why tablet can connect to wifi but cannot open any web page?

• Please select "show password" to make sure the wifi password you enter is correct.
• May I know will the tablet search your wifi automatically and save password? Please check if your DNS settings are working normal and if it could automatically acquire IP and DNS. You can add Open DNS in your wireless router so that the other computers can connect automatically using open DNS without setting it up.
• WiFi working fine but the tablet still won’t connect, this may because the router hasn’t turned on the DHC service, causing the tablet cannot get an IP address automatically. You can go to ’settings’- ’more’- ’Ethernet’- ’IP address’- enter your IP address to have a try.
