Why the tablet's touch screen does not respond?

•  Please make sure that you don't run too many apps at the same time.  
• Please press the power button for about 15s to turn off the tablet firstly. And then wait for about 3 mins, press the power button for 5s to turn on the tablet, and check if you can enter the main menu.
• Please make sure whether the function switch operation is too fast, otherwise, it will be unresponsive, please wait or restart it.
• Please try to reset the factory setting.
• If there is one hole (reset button) beside the power button of the tablet. Please reset the tablet by pressing the reset button with a paperclip.

Why cannot the screen brightness be adjusted?

• Swipe down the menu, and enter "Setting"-"Display"-"Brightness" to adjust
• Reboot the tablet to have a try.
• Please try to reset the factory settings.

What should I do if there are dirty spots/pixels/lines on the screen?

For this issue, would you please send us some pictures or videos which can show the screen details?
Please try to wipe the screen with a soft towel to see if it will wipe off.
If the issue persists, would you mind sending us the pictures showing the SN barcode info on the tablet back to let us forward to our manufacturer team?
