（1）What is a connection code/QR Code?
The connection code /QR code is used to connect your frame with your smartphone. The code can be found on the frame at any time.
The connection code /QR Code is valid for 12 hours after it is generated. If the code is entered within these 12 hours, the phone and the frame will be permanently connected.
（2）How to generate a connection code /QR Code
Step 1: Press the Settings option on the frame;
Step 2: In "My Frame", once you have successfully connected to wifi, the "QR code" and "Connection code" will appear on the right screen.
（3）If the code has expired, you can simply click the "Refresh" button above the QR code to generate a new code on the frame!
If you need help entering the code in the smartphone app, please note: Do not enter spaces in the middle of the numbers. Just enter the numbers directly.

Or you could please click Settings>About>Check whether the Frame ID appears. If the Frame ID appears, please fill in the Frame ID in the blank space of the mobile phone APP to connect. As shown in the figure
