To Allow Access to Photos in the Vphoto App: please refer to the following methods.
If you can't see your photos in the Vphoto app, it may be because the app doesn't have permission to view your photos and you need to allow the Vphoto app to access your photos.
Here is a guide on how to do it, depending on the phone/device you have.
How to allow access using an iPhone or iPad:
1. Open the Settings app and scroll down until you find the Vphoto app in the list and press it;
2. Select Photos;
3. On older iPhone/iPad versions: Select Read and Write;
4. On newer iPhone/iPad versions: Select All Photos (or Selected Photos);
5. Close the Vphoto app and open it again.
How to allow access using an Android phone:
If you store your photos on an internal micro SD card, just look for the "External" option in the Album drop-down menu.
1. Open the Settings app;
2. Press Apps;
3. Press App Manager/All Apps or scroll down until you find the Vphoto app and press it;
4. Go to Permissions;
5. Make sure Vphoto has permission to access your phone's media and camera;
6. Close the Vphoto app and open it again.
