Motion Detection Activation
- Does the camera have a storage card or cloud storage? If not, the camera is unable to trigger.
- Check the battery level. When it drops below 20%, the camera will activate low-power mode, restricting functionality to mobile monitoring only (alarm triggers will be disabled).
- Adjust the "Detection Sensitivity".
Why doesn't the camera have an alarm record?
- It is recommended to install the camera at a height of 2-3 meters with a downward tilt of approximately 15 degrees to achieve optimal motion detection range.
- Mobile detection has range limitations, it is unable to detect moving objects that are 8 meters away from the camera.
- For best results, install the camera in open areas. Restricted spaces may limit motion detection performance.
Nothing moving but alarms frequently
- The motion detection has been mistakenly triggered, and there may be objects within the detection range that are prone to false alarms. You can try the following methods:
- It is recommended to avoid roadside or crowded places when installing the camera.
- Avoid facing the camera towards a heat source similar to an air conditioning unit.
- The camera lens should avoid direct sunlight.
- Do not install the camera next to the router or AP
- Adjust the "Detection Sensitivity" setting to narrow down the camera's detection range
Why is there a delay in recording?
- When an action is captured, the camera wakes up and the AI recognizes the object, then starts recording. You can try the following methods:
- Improve detection sensitivity and increase detection range.
- Place the camera in an open environment as much as possible, which is beneficial for improving the detection range.
Why can't cameras capture animals or vehicles?
- Motion detection is PIR(Passive Infrared Detection) detection, which requires close proximity to human body temperature and body shape within a range of 8 meters to capture.
Why can't my phone receive any alarm message push notifications?
- If the "motion detection" triggers but there have no alarm notifications, please check if the "message notifications" is on/off, and also check if the app's notification permissions are restricted.
Why does my camera stop tracking?——AI Human tracking function
- Press "Human tracking" to turn it on.
- When entering the streaming page, do not operate the joystick manually.
- Make sure the position of the camera can capture complete human figures.(If not, tracking would be limited.)

Why is the image blurry and unclear?
- Manually set image clarity in the app.
- When the network stability is compromised,the camera will automatically compress the picture quality to ensure normal operation.
- Do not place the camera directly to the sun.
- The surface of the lens is dirty.
- If the lens is fogged inside, try placing the camera in a ventilated and dry environment for a few days. If there is no improvement, please contact the brand's after-sales customer service for assistance.
Why are some parts of the screen too bright at night?
- Within a 2-meter spatial range of the camera's perspective, there should be no obstructions or walls, otherwise infrared radiation will gather here and cause overexposure.

How do camera store videos?
- Insert Micro SD card or activate cloud storage.
How to modify the recording duration?
- The default time is 15 seconds and cannot be changed. During recording, if the detected object is still in the detection range, the recording will continue.
How to obtain videos?
- When playing a video, use "Video" to save it to the album.
- Use "Download" to select the timeline and save it to the album for up to 5 minutes at a time.
- Use a card reader to obtain MP4 format videos on the computer.
Why doesn't the Micro SD card save any videos?
- Please confirm that the micro SD card has been recognized.
- Please confirm that there is an alarm record on that day.
- Please confirm if the timestamp on the camera matches the date you selected.
Why does the local playback prompt that there were no recorded files on that day?
- If prompted that there are no video files on that day, you can click on "Calendar" to select another date. Dark dates in the "Calendar" represent the existence of video files.
Why does the "Message" page only display alarm screenshots?
- It may be a compatibility issue with the Micro SD card. Please replace it with a Micro SD card and try again.
Why is the recording time on the "Message" page only 6 seconds?
To obtain alarm recordings, please install a Micro SD card or activate cloud storage services.
- Micro SD card: automatically saves alarm recording after successful installation, with a default recording time of 15 seconds. Click on the "Message" page ▶ Click on "Local Playback" on the key or "Preview" page to view the alarm recording saved on the Micro SD card.
- Cloud storage: After activation, upload alarm recordings to the cloud. The free version provides 6-second recordings, while the subscription version provides up to 30-second recordings. Click on the alarm screenshot on the "Message" page or click on "Cloud Playback" on the "Preview" page to view the alarm recording saved in the cloud.
Why is the recording timeline discontinuous/with gaps in between?
- The blank timeline of the recording indicates that there is no alarm recording at that time point. Record only when an alarm is triggered.
How to delete local playback recordings?
- Visit the local playback page, select the date through "Calendar", "Delete", and all recordings of the day will be cleared.
How to save cloud playback videos locally?
- By accessing cloud playback through historical messages, individual recordings can be downloaded to album.
How to delete cloud playback recordings?
- Visit the cloud playback page, left pull the recorded event, and you can delete the current recording.
Can the Camera Be Used in Countries and Regions Other than the Place of Purchase?
- It cannot be used across countries and regions.
