How to Turn Off the Indicator

  • On the camera preview page, go to Settings and switch off the Indicator.

Local SIM card
  1. Check if the SIM card is inserted properly, as new users can easily insert it in the opposite direction.
  2. The camera currently does not support IPV6 and 5G SIM cards. (Please confirm with the operator)
  3. Ensure that there is available data in the SIM card.
  4. APN is incompatible. Please import the APN information of the SIM card into the app (please refer to "How to obtain the APN information of the SIM card" and "How to import APN information" for specific instructions).
  5. The SIM card has a PUK or PIN code (please refer to 'What should I do if the local SIM card PIN code is locked?' for specific instructions)
Standard SIM card
  1. Check if the SIM card is inserted properly, as it can be inserted in the opposite direction.
  2. Check if the SIM card is brand new. If it has been used before, there may be no data on the SIM card. Please contact the brand's after-sales customer service for assistance.
  3. Ensure that there are no signal interferences around the camera and that the 4G network signal is good.

 

Does it contain an adapter? 

  • It doesn't. The customer needs to buy it separately.
 

What's the specification of the power adapter? 

  • It's compatible with 5V1A or 5V2A.
 

Why is there no sound on the real-time screen? 

  1. The sound below 55 Db won't be picked up
  2. Check the on/off status of the speaker icon in the bottom left corner of the real-time screen.
 

How to adjust the camera speaker volume? 

  1. Enter "Settings"
  2. Find "Intercom volume" in "System" to adjust the volume (default 70).
 

How to change the real-time screen time? 

  • The time is synced with your phone's system time.
 

Why is the Rotation of the Gimbal Delayed

  • When the network is poor, there may be delays and excessive rotation angles when turning the pan tilt command. Please check the network status of the camera and phone.
 

Why is Gimbal Malfunctioning?

  • When the gimbal control is malfunctioning, it is recommended to restart or reset the camera.
  • If the problem persists, please contact the brand's after-sales customer service for assistance.
 

How to Improve Battery Life 

  1. The installation location of the camera should avoid roadside or crowded places.
  2. Try not to point the camera towards heat sources such as air conditioning units or the sun to avoid triggering the "motion detection" by mistake.
  3. Reduce sensitivity and decrease the range of motion detection.
  4. Set up an alarm plan and plan the alarm time period reasonably.
  5. Set alarm intervals to avoid uninterrupted alarms.
  6. Set the recording duration to 10 seconds.
  7. Maintain a smooth and stable network environment for camera operation,
  8. Ensure that solar panels receive sufficient sunlight.
