Why does the image appear magenta?
- At night, open the "Full-color mode" in the app and repeatedly switch between "Full-color night vision" and "Black and white night vision".
- Knock the camera lens and body several times.
- If the above methods are ineffective, please contact customer service for assistance.
Why is the night scene pitch black?
- The camera may not automatically turn on the infrared light. Please confirm that the current setting for "Full-color mode" is "Smart night vision" or "Black and white night vision".
Why are some parts of the screen bright at night?
- Within a 2-meter spatial range of the camera's perspective, there should be no obstructions or walls, otherwise infrared radiation will gather here and cause overexposure.
Why are solar panels not working?
- Insufficient sunlight:
Due to weather conditions or placement angles, solar panels are unable to receive sufficient sunlight.
- Check if the wire is inserted properly into the camera.
- When there is a lightning symbol in the battery icon of the app, it succeeds.
Does the camera support third-party solar panels?
- For safety, please do not use third-party solar panels.
Why is there no sound on the real-time screen?
- No sound below 55 dB would be picked up.
- Check the status of the speaker by it's icon of the real-time screen(bottom left corner).
No sound for the Alarm and two-way intercom?
- Please check if the speaker and microphone are turned on
