Using an unlisted third-party SIM card?
If you would like to use a third-party SIM card but your carrier is not listed in the table above, please contact our Customer Service. Briefly describe your issue and provide the information below so we can check compatibility and help you set it up.
You would need to contact the carrier for the following information:
MNC (Mobile Network Code) of the SIM
MCC (Mobile Country Code) of the SIM
APN (Access Point Name)
Country/Region of use
Once we receive these details, we’ll review them and get back to you with the recommended settings as soon as possible.
Do I Have to Use the Standard SIM Card?
- For a better experience, we recommend using the standard SIM card.
Does It Support Virtual SIM Cards?
- Virtual SIM cards are not supported.
Does It Support Working on 5G Signal Condition?
- Yes, it does. While service shows a 5G signal, many 5G networks are still built on 4G infrastructure (non-standalone 5G), which means the camera may still be able to connect as long as there is 4G coverage available in the area.

Will I be Reminded When the Data is Insufficient?
- When traffic is about to run out or the plan is about to expired, the app will pop up reminders.
What Should I Do if the Local SIM Card PIN Code is Locked?
- Unlock with PUK code:
- Contact the operator customer service:

After inserting the SIM card into the phone, release the PIN code:If the wrong PUK code is entered multiple times, it will cause the SIM card to be permanently locked and unable to unlock. Before entering the PUK code, please be sure to confirm its correctness or contact the operator's customer service for consultation.
