If you are having issues with iCloud Calendar events not syncing completely, you can refer to the video below.
If the problem persists, please refer to the specific solutions below.
1. Please make sure the version of the photo frame is the latest 3.8.0.
Please click Frame Settings>About>Version (check for updates).
2. Please check whether the WiFi interface of the frame shows the "connected" status, as shown in the figure below.
And you could use another Wi-Fi interface or mobile hotspot to connect the frame. It can test the network speed.
3. Please reset the frame device. This will help refresh the system. Please click Settings>General>Reset devices.
Rest assured, all the information will reappear once you re-enter the activation code.
4. Please confirm if all profiles have been opened and selected under the "Filter", such as this picture.
And please also confirm that the profile has been opened on the eCalendar APP.
5. Please check the sync interface to see the "Synced" icon. Please wait for 10 seconds, or re-enter this sync interface.
6. If the sync is successful, check the iCloud app to see if the calendar name is the same, such as "Work" as shown in the picture.
If the calendar name is different, please choose the correct iCloud calendar name to sync.
7. However, if the sync is successful, the sync interface appears on the "Subscribed√" icon, and the frame will not receive the events. Please unbind the "iCloud account" and resync.
①Please unsubscribe from the iCloud account binding in the eCalendar APP.
- Please click the eCalendar APP
- Tap Account>Select “Sync.”
- The calendar name with “Web Link” appears

②Re-sync with iCloud Calendar by copying the link
- Please click the eCalendar APP.

Click "Your Account" and confirm that this is your primary account, not a shared account;
(If it is a shared account, you could just use email to sync the iCloud Video about iCloud sync via email)
- Open the iCloud Calendar on your phone.
- Select the calendar you want to share. Tap the small info icon. Tap "Share Link" and copy the link.
- Select “Sync” on eCalendar APP;
- Tap "Sync a New Calendar"→ Calendar URL→Paste the link → Tap Sync.
Please wait for a few minutes. The frame will automatically synchronize all the calendars.
8. If the sync fails or the "Subscribed√" icon does not appear, please re-sync the iCloud events.
It is recommended that you use the URL sync method first, which is to copy the sync link directly into the eCalendar APP.

9.If the problem still exists, please share the information below for us to check, as shown in the picture.

- The specific events you want to sync. Please share with us the images of the events on iCloud APP, eCalendar APP, and Calendar Frame. This can help us see the specific events and those that are not appearing.
The sync interface shows the "Subscribed√" icon.
