Please click Settings > General > Time Zone
2. Please make sure the version of the photo frame is the latest 3.8.0

3. Please confirm if the local time on the frame is the same as your phone? Such as this picture.
4. Is the event with the incorrect time one that you created manually on the frame or one that you synced from a third-party platform?Like Google Calendar or iCloud.
5. If the problem still exists, please kindly share these pictures for us to check them out:
①Which calendar entries are affected by the time difference issue? The image shows a picture where the time displayed on the frame is incorrect, and the event time displayed on the phone is either correct or incorrect.
②Your region and time zone; Time zone on phone and frame. It would be better if you could share a picture of it with us.
③Version information of the frame;
④The virtual frame's email address, such as Amy@mycalendar.com.(You could click Settings>General>find the Calendar email);
The registration email address of the eCalendar APP. You can click eCalendar APP>Me>and find it.
How many hours of time difference exists for the frame?
⑤Share link of the event if you use iCloud to sync.
