Before starting the installation, please review the following important recommendations:
Method 1:
1. System Compatibility:
This firmware is only compatible with Windows computers. It will not work on MacBooks or any other operating systems.
2. Required Materials:
Before proceeding with the upgrade, please make sure you have the following items ready (as shown in the attached image):
- Your TM21 calendar with the original power adapter
- A Windows computer
- A USB-A to USB-C cable
- A small metal pin (to press the device’s reset button)

Before installation, it is necessary to extract the compressed file to the desktop or your drive.
When you poke the reset hole, the pin will hit a button and make a crisp "click" sound. At the same time, you need to keep poking the reset hole with the pin and then plug the USB cable into the frame. As shown in the picture.
