If you are having issues with Outlook Calendar events not syncing completely, you can refer to the video below.
If the problem persists, please refer to the specific solutions below.
1. Please make sure the version of the frame is the latest 3.8.0..
Please click Frame Settings>About>Version (check for updates).

2. Please check whether the WiFi interface of the frame shows the "connected" status, as shown in the figure below.
And you could use another Wi-Fi interface or mobile hotspot to connect the frame. It can test the network speed.
3. Please reset the frame device. This will help refresh the system. Please click Settings>General>Reset devices.
Rest assured, all the information will reappear once you re-enter the activation code.
4. Please confirm if all profiles have been opened and selected under the "Filter", such as this picture.
5. Please check whether the event appears on the Outlook APP, ecalendar APP, and calendar frame, and which part does not display the event.
6. Please check if the Outlook Calendar APP is bound to multiple Outlook Mail accounts. Please make sure that the events you want to sync are under the synced Outlook Mail account.
How to confirm that the Outlook account is correct:
7. Please remove the Outlook account binding in the eCalendar APP.
Please click eCalendar APP>Click Account>Select “Sync”>Calendar name with “Your Outlook Account” appears>click your Outlook account and tap "unsynced."
8. Re-sync with Outlook Calendar
Please click eCalendar APP>Click Account>Select “Sync”>Click “Sync New Calendar”>Select “Outlook ”>One-way or Two-way Sync>Authorize Account. And wait for the synchronization to be successful.

Please wait for a few minutes. The frame will automatically sync all the calendars.
9. If the problem still exists, please share the following information for us to check, as shown below:

The virtual frame's email address, such as Amy@mycalendar.com.(You could click Settings>General>find the Calendar email).
- The registration email address of the eCalendar APP.
- Your Outlook address.
- Screenshots of successful synchronization in the eCalendar APP. For example, the image below has a "Synced" logo.
- Screenshots of events showing or not showing on Outlook app, eCalendar app, and calendar frame.Such as these pictures.
