If your camera is experiencing issues such as local storage card errors, video failing to save, or playback unavailability, please follow these steps for self-diagnosis:
Step 1: Verify SD Card Specifications
Please ensure your microSD card meets the following standards:
- Format Requirement: Must be in FAT32 format.
- Speed Class: Class 10 high-speed cards are highly recommended.
- Capacity Range: Supports storage capacities between 2GB and 128GB.
Step 2: Standardized Installation & Self-Test (Crucial)
The device does not support hot-swapping. Improper installation may lead to recognition failure. Please follow these steps:
- Power Off: Turn off the camera completely.
- Insert Card: Insert the SD card and ensure it is pushed all the way into the slot.
- Wait for Self-Test: Power on the camera and wait for 30 seconds to allow the system to complete its internal auto-detection.
- Format via App: If the card is detected but recording fails, go to the storage settings in the App and select "Format SD Card" to ensure complete compatibility.
Step 3: Check for Card Damage
If the camera still fails to recognize the card after the steps above, please try testing with a different SD card that meets the required specs to rule out the possibility of a damaged or faulty card.
