I. Verify Charging Status
Check the App: Log in to the App and confirm if a "lightning" symbol appears on the battery icon to verify the device is receiving power.
II. Fast Battery Drain / Abnormal Power Drop
If your battery is depleting too quickly, try optimizing these settings:
Working Mode: Switch the mode to "Normal" or "Adaptive".
Reduce Triggers: Set motion detection sensitivity to "Medium" or "Near". If monitoring is unnecessary during the day, use the "Alarm Time Period" setting to let the camera sleep.
Signal Strength: Adjust the antenna or installation angle to ensure the WiFi/4G signal value is above 60.
- Temperature Impact: If the environment is too cold, bring the device indoors and charge it with a 5V/2A adapter for 10 hours.
