What should I do if the virtual keyboard doesn't appear?

Method 1

If the frame is stuck on the "Enter Activation Code" page, please use the following fix pack to get your frame to the "About" page.

The tool and steps:

1. Please click this link and download this repair package to your desktop.

MAC computer: Keyboard repair package;

Windows computer: Windows keyboard repair package

2. Connect the frame to your computer using a USB cable.There is a USB port on the back of the frame.

3. Double-click the Update.bat file in the Settings folder. We have a Mac computer and a Windows computer two ways, you can choose one to connect.

4.After clicking the Update.bat file, the frame will enter the About interface.

5.In the About interface, please follow these suggestions to operate:

Method 2

If the frame enters the "About" page, please enter the system interface and open the virtual keyboard button in the following way.

1. Please click Settings>About;

2. Click the "Model" button 20 times quickly;

3. Then you will enter the system screen,please click "System" option;

4. Please select "Language&input"；

5. Then click "Physical keyboard">turn on "Show virtual keyboard" button.

6.After turning on the button,please click "Return" and "Exit" button.Or you could unplug and replug the charger,the frame will recover to original screen.
