What should I do if the "Task" interface of calendar frame show nothing?

To solve this task-disappearing issue, please refer to the following suggestions.
1. Please click the "More" option at the top of the frame to check if the profiles have been opened. Like this picture.
2. Please reset the frame, click Settings>General>Reset devices to reset the device. 3. Please update the version; the latest version is 3.7.22.
