2. Check the MAC Address: Please go to the "About" interface on your device and check if a MAC address is displayed.
If a MAC address is present, please provide a picture of the screen, and we will push a new Wi-Fi firmware update to improve the connection.
If the MAC address is completely missing, the Wi-Fi module itself may be damaged. Please provide a photo of your "About" interface (similar to the example image below) so we can verify this for you.
3. Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number and invoice information.
4. A video of this issue. If the video is large, you can upload it to Google Drive or YouTube and then send the link to us. Please remember to open the "everyone can view" permission.
