If the Calendar speaker has no sound, produces distorted audio, or has no sound in mono mode, please refer to the information below.
No Sound?
Please go to the Settings interface to adjust the volume and check if there is any sound. Also, use the physical buttons on the device to adjust the volume and see if it responds.
Crackling or Distorted Sound?
Please adjust the volume to different levels to check if the distortion persists at all volumes.
Single Channel No Sound:
Please let us know if the sound is completely missing from only one side (single channel).
Proof of Purchase:
Please provide your order number and invoice information.
Video Demonstration:
Please provide a short video showing the problem while you adjust the volume settings so our technical team can analyze the issue. If the video is large, you can upload it to Google Drive or YouTube and then send the link to us.
