1. Reboot & Reset:
Please try restarting the frame by unplugging the power cord, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in to see if the interface renders correctly.
- If restarting does not work, please try performing a factory reset from the settings menu to clear old cache files that might cause display glitches.
2. Provide Information for Technical Review:
If the interface remains incomplete after trying the steps above, please reply with:
Video Demonstration: A short video showing the incomplete display or missing sections on the settings screen. If the file is large, upload it to Google Drive or YouTube (with "Anyone with the link can view" permissions) and share the link here.
Account Details: The registered account linked to your frame.
- Photo of the "About" Interface: A clear photo of the "About" screen showing your current firmware version so our technical staff can check for UI fixes.
