If the Reward or Task is not displaying fully, please refer to the information below.

1. Check Profile Buttons: 

   Please open your frame's Filter and check if all relevant profile buttons/switches are turned on, as hidden categories can cause the module to appear incomplete.

    

2. Perform a Reset: 

   If all switches are on but the display is still incomplete, please try a factory reset from the settings menu to refresh the interface.

    

3. Provide Details for Technical Analysis: 

   If the issue persists, please reply with:

    

   • Video Demonstration: A short video showing the incomplete reward/task module and your current button configurations. If the file is too large to attach, please upload it to Google Drive or YouTube (set permissions to "Anyone with the link can view") and provide the link.

      

   • Account Details: The registered account linked to your frame.

      

   • Photo of the "About" Interface: A clear photo of the "About" interface showing your current system and version details.

      

4. Proof of Purchase:
