Perform a System Reset:
Please try performing a factory reset (reset) within the frame's settings menu. This helps clear background cache errors that might block the saving process.
Provide Evidence for Technical Analysis:
If your settings still cannot be saved after resetting, please reply with:
Video Demonstration: A short video showing the process of changing a setting and it failing to save or reverting. If the file is too large, upload it to Google Drive or YouTube (with "Anyone with the link can view" permissions) and share the link.
