Basic Troubleshooting:
Check Your Network: Poor Wi-Fi can sometimes cause the system to freeze. Please try disconnecting from your current Wi-Fi and reconnecting, or connect the frame to a mobile hotspot to see if performance improves.
Reboot & Reset: Try power-cycling the device by unplugging the power adapter, waiting a few moments, and plugging it back in. If the frame becomes responsive, you can also try performing a factory reset from the settings menu.
Provide Information for Technical Review:
If the frame remains frozen and basic steps do not work, please reply with:
Video Demonstration: A short video showing the frozen state of the device. If the file is large, upload it to Google Drive or YouTube (with "Anyone with the link can view" permissions) and share the link.
Photo of the "About" Interface: A clear photo of the "About" screen showing your current firmware version. Our team will contact our technical staff to check for an available repair patch.
Warranty: Please include your order number and purchase invoice.
