Basic Reset Steps:
Reboot: Please unplug the power adapter from the wall or the back of the frame, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in to restart the device.
Factory Reset: If the screen becomes responsive after restarting, please try performing a factory reset from the settings menu to clear out any temporary system conflicts.
Provide Information for a Firmware Fix: If the freezing persists, please reply with:
Video Demonstration: A short video showing the frame getting stuck or frozen. If the file is too large to attach directly, please upload it to Google Drive or YouTube (with "Anyone with the link can view" permissions) and send us the link.
