Reset the Frame: If the lag persists, please try performing a factory reset from the settings menu to clear old cache files and restore system responsiveness.

If the device remains severely laggy after trying the steps above, please reply with:
Operation Video: A short video demonstrating the lag or delay when you touch the screen. If the file is too large, upload it to Google Drive or YouTube (with "Anyone with the link can view" permissions) and provide the link.
Photo of the "About" Interface & Account Details: A clear photo of the "About" screen showing your firmware version. Please also provide your registered account/username or device ID used on the frame app/cloud.
