Provide a Video Confirmation:
Please reply with a short video showing the current screen and what happens when you press the power button or try to exit. If the video file is too large to attach, please upload it to Google Drive or YouTube (with "Anyone with the link can view" permissions) and share the link with us.
Photo of the model:
If there is any menu visible that displays the system version or device info, please take a clear photo of it. If you cannot access the "About" screen due to the mode, please provide a clear photo of the product nameplate on the back of the frame so we can identify the exact model.
Technical Repair Package:
Our team will submit your video and model/version details to our technical staff to see if a specialized firmware flashing package or button sequence can exit this mode.
