Try re-plugging the Charger: If your frame is stuck/frozen during the upgrade or showing a blue screen, please unplug the power adapter/charger, plug it back in, and try to restart the upgrade process.
If the Step Above Does Not Work: If re-plugging the charger is ineffective and the screen remains frozen or blue, please provide us with a short video showing the current screen status. If the video file is too large to attach, you can upload it to Google Drive or YouTube, set the permission to "Anyone with the link can view," and share the link with us.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number and invoice information so we can check your warranty status.
