If my eCalendar APP cannot add or delete items/events, please refer to the information below.
1. Restart the phone and app
To help us determine the cause, please provide the following details:

Operation Verification: To rule out any operational errors, please provide a clear screenshot or a short video showing the steps you take when attempting to add or delete the item. If the video file is too large to attach, you can upload it to Google Drive or YouTube, set the permission to "Anyone with the link can view," and share the link with us. We will share this with our technical team.
- Device & Account Information: If this is a special system issue, please provide your device's virtual email address, such as Amy@myecalendar.com, or your registered app email address so our technical staff can investigate the backend logs.
