Close the App via Background: Completely close the application from your phone's background processes, then restart it.
Poor Network Connection: Sometimes network lag causes the app to freeze. Please try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or using mobile cellular data.
Phone Compatibility: If the freezing persists, it may be a compatibility issue. Please reply with your smartphone's exact brand, model, and operating system version (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro iOS 17, Samsung Galaxy S24 Android 14) so we can pass it to our technical staff.
- If possible, trying a different smartphone can also help confirm if it is a specific device issue.
