If my eCalendar app data is not loading or if there is a completely blank screen, please refer to the information below.
For Data Not Loading / Blank Pages:
Close the app from the background: Completely close the app from your phone's background processes and reopen it.
Poor Network Connection: Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or use your mobile data.
Phone Compatibility: If the page remains blank, please provide your phone brand, model, and OS version. We will coordinate with our technical staff to look into compatibility issues. If you have access to another phone, please test if it displays the same way.
Server Reasons: If it is a server-side network drop, our technical team will verify the server status upon receiving your device info.
- For Other Display Abnormalities: If you are seeing other visual errors, please provide clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue. If the video file is too large to attach, you can upload it to Google Drive or YouTube, set the permission to "Anyone with the link can view," and share the link with us. We will forward it directly to our technical support.
