If you are having issues with Google Calendar events not syncing completely, you can refer to the video below.
If the problem persists, please refer to the specific solutions below.
1. Please make sure the version of the photo frame is the latest 3.8.0.
Please click Frame Settings>About>Version (check for updates).
There is a brief video for your reference Video about how to update the version
2. Please check whether the WiFi interface of the frame shows the "connected" status, as shown in the figure below.
And you could use another Wi-Fi interface or mobile hotspot to connect the frame. It can test the network speed.
3. Please reset the frame device. This will help refresh the system. Please click Settings>General>Reset devices.
Rest assured, all the information will reappear once you re-enter the activation code.
4. Please confirm if all profiles have been opened and selected under the "Filter", such as this picture.
And please also confirm that the profile has been opened on the eCalendar APP.
5. Please check whether the event appears on the Google Calendar APP, eCalendar APP, and calendar frame, and which part does not display the event.
6. Please check if the Google Calendar APP is bound to multiple Google Mail accounts. And make sure that the events you want to sync are under the synced Google Mail account.
The eCalendar APP will only bind the first Google Mail account for the first time. If you want to sync the calendars of other Google Mail accounts, you can add the account in the eCalendar APP.
You could check these steps:
- Please click the eCalendar APP.
- Your account>Sync option;
- Select "Sync a new calendar">choose "Google">click "Two-way sync";
- In the pop-up window, click "Continue";
- Please select "Use another account."
- Then you could add more Google accounts and sync the information.
(Tip: In Google Calendar, only events under Events can be synchronized, and events under Tasks cannot be synchronized.)
7. Please unsync the Google account binding in the eCalendar APP.
- Please click the eCalendar APP
- Click Account>Select “Sync.”
- Calendar name with “Email Account” appears
- Click your Google account and click “unsynced”>Then it will show "unsync successfully".
8. Re-sync with Google Calendar
- Please click the eCalendar APP
- Click Account>Select “Sync.”
- Click “Sync New Calendar”
- Select “Google”>One-way or Two-way Sync
- Authorize Account. And wait for the sync to be successful.
