To resolve the issue of the calendar frame getting stuck on the logo screen, please refer to the following information.

If the calendar frame remains stuck on the logo screen for 5 minutes after powering on—as shown in the image below—please use the repair package provided below to resolve the issue.

Except for the TM10 model, the USB ports on all other calendar frames are covered with a sticker during production. If you wish to use the port, you must remove the sticker.
The USB port is located near the nameplate at the bottom of the back of the calendar frame, as shown in the figure below.
6. A Special TM10 Repair Method
Since the TM10 is somewhat unique—with its USB port located inside the frame—you need to open the casing to access it.
The unique tool: A small screwdriver or prying tool (to open the casing).
