What should I do if the picture does not automatically switch to the next one?

If your photos on the calendar frame are not automatically switching to the next image, please refer to the information below.
1.Please click onone picture and confirm that you choose the "Loop" option.
You can click the "Loop or Single" button to select the "Loop" option. Such as this picture.
2. Please click Settings>General>Reset devices to reset the frame. Please don't worry, once re-entering the activation code, all data will be recovered.
3. If the issue remains, please share a brief operation video with us to check and analyze.
4. Please share a picture of the About interface on the frame with us to confirm the version information.
