If your Classic 21 digital photo frame is automatically returning to the main interface while playing photos, this can be frustrating. Here’s a guide to help you troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
Because the Classic 21 frame is not a touch screen,you need to use the remote to operate it.
Step 1: Verify Photo Upload Method
The first step is to confirm whether the photos were uploaded using our official Vphoto APP. Photos uploaded through other methods may not be compatible, which could lead to playback issues.
Step 2: Adjust Playback Settings
If you’ve confirmed that the photos were uploaded via our app, follow these steps to optimize the playback settings:
1.Access the Settings Menu: Start by clicking on the “Settings” option from the main menu of the frame.
2.Select Album Settings: Navigate to “Album Settings” within the settings menu.
3.Modify Slideshow Duration: Find the “Slideshow” option and set the display time for each photo to 15 seconds.
4.Restart the Frame: Once you have adjusted the settings, unplug the charger from the photo frame, and then plug it back in to restart the device.
