1.Make sure the device is connected to WiFi normally
Click "forget password" to reconnect the wifi;
2.Make sure the format is within the scope of the manual;
3.Try Restarting the frame and wait for 2 minutes after WiFi connection
Ourphoto software has been around for a long time, and there may be transmission delays
If unfortunately the issue remains, you could try to use the following steps the frame.
1. Please use a USB cable to connect the computer and frame.
2.Download the repair package and click "update.bat" file.
3.Please note that when using the repair package that you must wait until the frame enters the main interface before unplugging the USB cable.
