How To Do if the QR code or Connection code does not appear: please refer to the following methods.
1.Please make sure that the wifi connection is successful, as shown in the figure.
2. Click the refresh button to refresh the QR code.
3. If it still does not appear, please click Settings>About>Check whether the Frame ID appears.
If the Frame ID appears, please fill in the Frame ID in the blank space of the mobile phone APP to connect. As shown in the figure.
4.If unfortunately the QR code, connection code and Frame ID still do not appear.
Please take a picture of the "About" interface、"WIFI" interface and send it to us. We will contact our technicians to share a repair package with you.
