If your frame does not work, fails to boot, seems to load Dragon Touch forever, has a black screen, freezes up or in any other way seems to have a problem turning, please take a look at the following suggestions.
1.Unplug Frame
If possible, please turn off the frame and then unplug the power cord in both ends for at least 5 minutes before plugging it back in.
If you are not able to turn the frame off properly, just unplug the power cord in both ends for 5 minutes before plugging it back in.
While unplugging the frame while it's running is not recommended (since it can cause damage to the frame's file system), it is the only option if the frame is frozen.
2.Try Another Power Outlet
Please try to plug the frame into a different power outlet to eliminate the outlet as the potential culprit.
3.Try to use a multimeter to check whether the voltage and current are normal.
If you have a multimeter at home, you can try to check if the voltage of the original charger is normal. If not, there may be something wrong with the charger, you can try to replace it with a new one or we can send you a new one.
4.Try to press the power button for 30 seconds
5.Try Another Power Cord
If you have a similar or identical power cable (e.g. from another Dragon Touch device), try using it with the frame to see if the wire is the culprit. If you want to know the exact specifications of the charger, you can refer to the table below.
